Children residing in Jackson County (ages 5 & under) are eligible to receive a free book each month in the mail up until their 5th birthday, courtesy of the Ohio Governor's Imagination Library in partnership with Dolly Parton's Imagination Library. If children are enrolled at birth, they will graduate from the program with a personal library of 60 books!
